Intentionality Coaching is a transformative experience that helps you tap into the ability you already possess to cultivate greater joy, get to know yourself better, and live life your way.
Intentionality Coaching with Ann Drew Yu is:
• A 1:1 coaching experience. Working together, I help you accelerate progress on your dreams and cultivate an intentionality mindset.
• A dedicated partnership. We begin with a six-session commitment delivered via Zoom, held weekly or every-other-week. The first session is 90-minutes, and all other sessions are 60-minutes. After the initial six sessions, we work together to customize a plan for future sessions that best suits your needs and preferences for ongoing support and growth.
• A customized process. In each session, you are listened to deeply, met exactly where you’re at, and trusted as the expert on your own life. As it serves you, I ask powerful questions, guide you through illuminating exercises; teach you positivity skills to practice between sessions; and offer gentle accountability — all while celebrating your growth.
• A journey of self-discovery. As you advance your dreams, I guide you to notice your current beliefs and thought patterns, invite you to experiment with new thought patterns, and nurture your self-discovery as you practice my Intentionality Framework and grow a new mindset.

In your first session, I give you an overview of the framework. In subsequent sessions, we integrate and practice it organically, in service of your larger vision.

FAQs
How do I know if coaching is for me?
One of the first things I teach my clients is to listen for signs of “yes” within their body. When you think about having a coach, do you feel a spark of energy and hope? Do your shoulders relax at the thought of having a trusted partner? Alternatively, do you feel nervous by the prospect of leaning in and committing to your dreams and growth? All of these reactions suggest coaching might be for you. If you’re at all curious, I encourage you to schedule a 30-minute complimentary session with me. You’ll get a taste of coaching, and we can become acquainted. It’s low stakes, enjoyable, and there’s no obligation.
I’m nervous. I’ve never done anything like this before.
I get it. That’s a completely normal reaction, and we don’t talk about growth edges like this enough. Trying something new that asks you to be honest and vulnerable is an unpracticed skill for most of us. Please know that my main objective is to create a safe, trusting environment for you and to customize my approach to suit your personality and needs.
